Our purpose is threefold:

Coming Soon: WOC Bikes
This program focuses on people who want to use bicycles for transportation
to work, the grocery, or other utility uses, but may not be able to afford a
reliable bicycle. Wheels Of Change will acquire older bicycles, have
them professionally repaired to reliable riding state, install utility racks
and fenders, and give them away to qualified applicants. Look for more
