Joey Ernst - co-founder, editor, contributor

Joey came up with Wheels Of Change after becoming re-acquainted with his idealistic upbringing as a homeschooled homesteader in the forests of southern Indiana.  He has worked in the bicycle industry for over a decade, including a two-year stint in a high-level international position.  Wheels Of Change marks his return to a more sustainable, meaningful lifestyle.  He currently calls Colorado Springs, Colorado, home, even though it is a bastion of all that is screwed up in the world.

Sandhya was the first person to know about the WOC idea and immediately began bringing ideas to the table.  Her experiences include several months in the desert regions of Rajasthan, India, working with a Non-Governmental Organization to help rural people with water conservation and harvesting.  She grew up on a commune in southern California.  She is currently finishing up a degree in Environmental Science in Colorado Springs.
