About Us: [who we are] . our purpose . manifesto
Wheels Of Change is an organization based in Santa Barbara, CA, that strives to help people create positive change in their community.  WOC is made up of many thoughts, ideas, and concrete contributions from many people.  Those pictured below play a large part in operating WOC day-to-day.

Joey Ernst

Joey came up with Wheels Of Change after spending three years traveling the world as a bicycle mechanic.  He grew up as a homeschooled home-steader in the forests of southern Indiana and was a philosophy major in college before leaving for the road.  Wheels Of Change is his attempt to live the maxim "be the change you want to see in the world".  He currently calls Santa Barbara, California, home, and is currently missing the mountains and thin air of Colorado.

Sandhya Tillotson

Sandhya (pronounced SUNdia in America) was the first person to know about the WOC idea and immediately began bringing ideas to the table.  Her experiences include several months in the desert regions of Rajasthan, India, working with a Non-Governmental Organization to help rural people with water conservation and harvesting.  She grew up on a commune in southern California.  She has a degree in Environmental Science and lives in Santa Barbara.
